• Orders placed by 10 am AEST Mon-Fri (excluding public holidays) will be dispatched the same day.

To lodge a return, please follow the following steps:

• Please head to our returns form located on our returns page
• You will need to enter your order number when lodging your return
• You will need to enter the shipping postcode used on your original order
• You will need to email a copy of the form to our customer service team at contact@retroesetactive.com.au
• You will need to include the form in the returns package, and send it to our shipping facility for processing
• Please note customers are responsible for all exchange and return shipping and handling charges.
