This return policy applies to products purchased from cropshopboutique.com.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR RETROE SET
To lodge a return, please follow the below steps:
Head to the returns form located at the bottom of this page.
Fill out the form, and email it to contact@retroesetactive.com.au
You will need to enter your order number, eg #12345
You will need to enter your phone number
You will need the shipping postcode used on your original order
Please note customers are responsible for all exchange and return shipping and handling charges.
You will need to include the form in the returns package, and send it to our shipping facility for processing follows;

RETROE ACTIVEWEAR RETURNS OPTIONS:
- Return for Store Credit
CHANGED YOUR MIND & WOULD LIKE TO RETURN YOUR RETROE SET?
If you change your mind, you can return your item for a Store Credit provided that the item(s) meets our Return Conditions. Please see our Return Conditions below.
- If the item does not meet our Return Conditions it will not be accepted upon return.
- Please note; we do not offer monetary refunds for change of mind or change of size returns.
- You have within 30 days of receiving your order to lodge a return.
- You will be provided with the option to exchange the product, or receive a Gift Card as Store Credit.
- Please note customers are responsible for all exchange and return shipping and handling charges.
- Products that are marked down by 10% or more from their original price are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Any returned item(s) are your property and remain your responsibility until they reach our facility.
RETROE ACTIVEWEAR RETURN CONDITIONS
- In order for your Retroe Set item(s) to be accepted upon return they must meet the following criteria:
- All items must be unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging with the tags attached.
- All items must be free of perfume, body odour, deodorant and washing powder.
- All items must be free of make-up, tan marks, glitter, animal hair, and stain marks of any kind.
- Please make sure your Retroe Set return is packaged securely to ensure it is not damaged during return delivery to our facility.
RETURN YOUR RETROE SET FOR STORE CREDIT
Your Store Credit will become active once we have received your product back at our shipping facility.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be received, and Store Credit to be issued to you.
A Retroe Set Store Credit is issued to you in the form of a Gift Card and will be emailed electronically to the original email address from the order. Please make sure you check your spam/junk mail if you haven’t received your gift card yet.
Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from issue date and are non-refundable.
Retroe Set Discount Codes previously applied are excluded from the Return Store Credit value
RETROE SET ITEMS INELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
SALE ITEMS; Retroe Set products marked down by 10% off or more are final sale and will not be eligible for return.
RETROE SET FAULTY/WRONG ITEMS
In the rare event that you receive a faulty Retroe Set item, please send photo evidence via email to contact@retroesetactive.com.au. If your claim is justified, you will be offered a Store Credit upon the item being received back into our facility.
Please note that Retroe Set has the right to assess the age and condition of the faulty item. Unless the item is deemed a genuine manufacturing fault, Store Credits will not be provided.
Returns for faulty or wrong items will be eligible for exchange when they are returned to our shipping facility within 40 days of the purchase date.
Retroe Set items returned beyond this period will not be accepted by Retroe Set, and will remain your responsibility.
